Very disappointed with this clinic, I brought my dog in active labor at an appt time 8:00 am, the doctor checked her the day before and said she would probably be ready the next day so she set the appointment herself. When I brought my dog in I dropped her at 8 and didn’t hear back until 1:00 telling me to pick her up and take her to ER hospital that they had no doctor to do this. My dog had a large sac of fluid hanging from her butt as they gave her back to me. The hospital did an emergency c-section both the mother and puppies were in distress. Eagle Rock veterinary clinic should of told me when I walked in that there was no one available, I could of lost my dog and puppies but thanks to Viking Animal Hospital they all made it. I never make reviews but felt strong about this one very disappointed because this same clinic lost a whole liter I had from another dog and it’s hard to say what happened but it makes you wonder.

My dog is usually very nervous and shy around new places and people but the staff were very friendly and made my dog feel safe, I’m very glad I was recommended this vet and look forward to bringing laika for all her appointments

Great staff! Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Very decent prices and in a convenient location. They treated my guinea pig and I left with answers and treatment! Highly recommended!

We’ve been to multiple vets in Idaho falls with our dog. This was by far the most comprehensive involved visit we’ve had. The staff were all knowledgeable with tips and tricks to care for our pup. Dr. Seda was great! Very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know our dog at her first visit! Huge win as our dog has been terrified of vet visits in the past. Truly a place to take your furry best friends! Would highly recommend !

My friend recommended me here. I brought a cat to this business. The cat is a stray and she looked sick. Upon bring the cat, the veterinarian told me that they can conduct some tests to see some options. I was told that the cat would be better after some shots. However, they never told me what was wrong or that she was very sick. I do not have much money, I wanted to help the cat, so I used up all that I had left to get her the shots- that would supposedly help. When I accepted the procedure, they did not allow me to see the shots be put on. The nurse took the cat, to put the shots, and less than a minute later, I was told the shots were put on and I had to pay. I paid and looked at the cat, she had no indication that shots were put on. I took the cat home and nursed her, she did not get better. The receptionist called me a few days later to check on the cat, I said that nothing has changed. After speaking to the the veterinarian, I was recommended to come by to get medicine to activate her hunger. I went and got the medicine- with my daughter helping me with the money. Since I used all that I had to put the shots on. I gave the cat the medicine and followed the instructions and nothing changed. I told my friend about my experience, as she recommended me here. My friend went to the facility to ask the veterinarian about my situation. They revealed to my friend that they knew the cat I brought in was very sick and possibly no chance of surviving. I do not appreciate the false hope and taking the last money I had. Now, the cat is suffering and I do not have money to take her elsewhere. I could've used the money that this business took from me to find a better animal clinic. A note for veterinarian Nicole A. Seda: you did not take advantage of me, you took advantage on this sweet cat (Gorditis).
