Saved my pet on short notice. They were very upfront and honest, things weren't looking good for a while but they wanted to exstend the time past the original agreement to try a few more things and it saved him. His life span will definitely be shorter due to his heart condition, but I'm grateful for every extra minute we get, can't say thank you enough, I highly highly recommend them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff has always been so friendly, caring, and helpful. I had a rough night there the other night due to my own medical issues and made an unfair review on here because we had to wait a few hours. I decided to update because after taking a little bit of time, i knew i had made a mistake and been unfair. I think we all get frustrated waiting at times but the importance of triage is often overlooked. Last year we had to take our little girl in when she was attacked and I was seen and comforted immediately. They were compassionate and caring during the loss of my baby and I can guarantee you that there were other people who got frustrated that day because me coming in pushed them back at least another 30 minutes. I will forever be thankful that we have access to Vikings help 24 hrs a day here in Idaho Falls and their amazing team. I seriously cannot express how great the entire team is at Viking. Also, they handled my babies remains with such dignity and respect. I recieved comforting letters and truly felt cared about. RIP Layla and thank you Viking 💙

We had to take our dog, Dixie, to Viking after she had an embolism in her spine burst (FCE), and she had no use of her bladder or hind left leg. Viking helped us keep her comfortable with pain management and helped us keep her bladder empty on 2 different trips until we could get over to Bozeman to see a neurologist. We are from Jackson and have no emergency care for pets here so although we had to make the drive to Viking each time, it was well worth it. Thank you Viking Team!!! You guys are the very best and Dixie is doing so much better.

I would do 0 but had to leave something... we checked in at 5am they passed over us many times because our dogs broken leg was not as a emergency as other after 4 hours of waiting hmmm we finally called other vets and she just had emergency surgery.. there is definitely not first come first service Not Good !! If this the only vet in idaho falls for emergencies your animal is definitely going to die!
